FHS Reunion Update - 1

Hello Classmates,

I am so excited about the upcoming reunion. As your Sr. Class President I promise you we will pick up where we left off from 1991. We have high hopes for this reunion and I need your help to get the word out but most importantly your participation.

Facebook fan and group pages are developed.
Most of you are already fans of the Fremont High School class of 1991 Page. I sent an invitation for the group page. Please share this information with classmates who are not on facebook to visit our Blog page and forward me their contact information via email.

My overall goal is to keep you informed about the reunion as much as possible. Please read, read and re-read all information regarding the reunion:

1. I need all contact information sent to our email account:
fhsreunion91@gmail.com by 9/11/2009 if you have not already done so.

2. Share, talk, and communicate with all classmates not linked to facebook about the reunion. Also, ask them to send their contact information via email.

3. We have expanded the weekend to include:
Friday: Reunion Kick off: Location & Time TBA
Sat: Picnic 11:30-4:00p.m. (Kennedy Park- Tentative)
Sat: Evening event Location/Time TBA

4. The FHS Blog has been created please reference the Blog and facebook for up to date information: The website is: http://fhsreunion91.blogspot.com/

5. Please update your high school pictures to the blog and our group facebook pages. (Even if you have already sent me photos)

6. I have established a pay pal account for all payments to go to. A link has been established on the group facebook page and the link is directly on this Blog. The cost of the reunion is described below. All monies go to pay for food, fun, music, favors, condiments, etc. You will receive a receipt via email when a payment has been made.

7. We will schedule a pre-kick off meeting a few months prior to the event for classmates to get up to date information about the reunion.

Payment Amount and Schedule:
$80.00 per classmate/alumni
$20.00 spouse/guest of classmate
Children FREE


Schedule of Payments:
10/16/09 - Deposit $30.00 due
12/16/09- $25.00 due
2/28/10 - $25.00 due and spouse/guest price due




After March 1, 2010 late fees will be assessed at $20.00. Please keep in mind I must have monies in order to reserve locations for our event. The deposits are very important I receive as scheduled. The objective regarding the payment schedule is to have all events booked and paid for 3 to 4 months prior to event.

Any monies left over will be rolled over for our 20 year reunion. This event will need to be planned and semi-booked one year out due to weddings, etc....

Thanks for your 19 years of patience...I promise we will have a great reunion the weekend of July 23, 2010.
